"You are whole and complete souls delighting in the creation of multiple incarnations in which you expand awareness, gain wisdom through lived experiences, and celebrate life.
Whether your lives are happy or full of sorrow,
you believe the stories you tell yourself and others,
because it makes the games you play together more enjoyable."

May Day Mayday

MacBook Pro laptops are reliable machines, but they're not invincible. I discovered this while on vacation in Mexico when the logic board failed on my trusty MBP creating weird distorted images on the desktop. It was impossible to do any of the work that I'd planned to do. The closest Apple Store is in Tucson, Arizona. Since that was our point of entry it was convenient to stay over a few days to have the computer diagnosed. Repairs are going to take at least a week, so Patience appears to be Lesson #2. Bronchitis and asthma made Resting Lesson #1 while on vacation in April. Mayday is a distress signal and my whole body seems to be sending out signals that are frustrating to decipher. I understand that I need to be patient and continue to rest since movement is still causing fits of coughing that make my head hurt. Upset and in pain, I asked AMAG for help. They said, "You seem to have made plans for activities that you think are necessary to do right now without consulting the master blueprint of the design of your life. Take a closer look at the design you are wishing to create and ask yourself whether any activity is required of you today. If not, then relax. From a resting place you'll know what to do next and when to do it."

This is so helpful.
Patience is something I think about often because as a kitesurfer I am often obliged to wait for the wind -- and you can never hurry that!!!
It seems to me impatience is an inability to tolerate the slowness of the unfolding of reality. And we all have to learn to tolerate that on planet Earth!
