I feel so much better after following Dr. Junger's CLEAN program last month. It wasn't as hard as I thought it might be to avoid the five items he claims are at the foundation of many discomforts caused by inflammation in the body. I might not be able to continue as strictly as before, since we are expecting to have company this month, but will do my best to stay with the program. I definitely feel leaner, cleaner, and even greener since my diet last month was mostly vegetables and fruits. Even though my shoulder still bothers me I know that healing is taking place.
